Education is nothing but training of minds to think. The whole world’s educational organism of men and materials function with this sole objective. Schools are the first step in the ladder of education. Hence the first step must be firm and solid. Apart from the prescribed texts, the learners are exposed to a variety of experiences which groom them as perfect individuals. No paper-pen test can measure the values acquired by the learners, but would be on display when put to testing conditions.Preparing individuals to face such real life challenges is the challenging job before every teacher.
